This masterclass will give you the tools and techniques for effective leadership in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, including:
- emotional intelligence awareness
- conflict resolution techniques
- team motivation and engagement strategies
- contingency planning and performance issues.
UQ Skills offers this program in partnership with Australia's Food and Beverage Accelerator (FaBA), proudly hosted by The University of Queensland (UQ), in collaboration with partners QUT, the University of Southern Queensland and UniQuest.
How you'll learn
You'll complete a 1-day workshop at UQ St Lucia, with a virtual classroom available upon request.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
You must:
- be aged 18 years or over
- work in the food manufacturing sector.
Recognition of Prior Learning
If you have recent work experience you may be eligible to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning.
Create your USI
You must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) before we can accept your enrolment.

You will need to contribute to the cost of your training through a co-contribution fee:
