Step 2: Choose a delivery model
All deliveries are a blend of online and face-to-face training:
UQ Skills delivery
You bring your students on-site to a UQ campus for training (generally one day a week during terms).
Partnered delivery
You nominate a Training and Assessment Education (TAE) qualified school teacher from your school to deliver, or co-deliver, the training in line with our program plan (subject to facilities review).
This is considered a third-party arrangement.
Distance delivery
Your students undertake online learning during the term and come to a UQ campus for intensive training blocks during selected dates.
School delivery
Our trainers come to your school to deliver the program (subject to facilities review).
Where the facilities at the school are not suitable for the whole program we can explore partnering with local businesses to delivery training on-site.
Step 3: Promote the opportunity to your students
We generally require a minimum of 15 students enrolled in each school cohort, but we are happy discuss your school’s requirements.
Training blocks
Depending on the delivery model you choose, your students may need to attend a UQ campus to complete some of their practical training and assessment.
